I work out of my home in Manhattan, Kansas.
• Do you do weddings?
Yes, I do! In fact, I got started by creating the entire paperie for my own wedding by hand. After that, I was hooked. Feel free to contact me by email at greetings@simplyinvitingcards.com with specific wedding inquries.
• What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept payment via PayPal in US Dollars for purchases made in my Etsy shop. You may use a credit card with PayPal in my store. All items will ship when payment is made in full and has cleared. If payment has not been received within 72 hours of committing to purchase, then the sale will be canceled and the item will be available for sale again.
At craft shows, I accept cash, Visa and Mastercard only at this time.
• Do I need a PayPal account to shop online with you?
Nope! PayPal will accept your credit card without a PayPal account.
• What is your shipping policy?
In an ongoing effort to be Earth-friendly, I make every effort to reuse any boxes or packing materials. This includes packing peanuts, bubble wrap, and I do cut up and reuse panels from somewhat mangled cardboard boxes to add stiffness to packages that need it.
Single cards and mini card sets are shipped in a sealed poly sleeve. Paper packs or sheets totaling 10 sheets or more are packaged by color family per sealed cello bag. Card sets are packaged in a box. Albums are wrapped in bubble wrap and padded with packing peanuts.
Items will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of full payment, or within 2 business days of a US federal holiday. I ship Monday through Friday. During my spring and fall craft show weekends, shipping will be deferred until the following Monday. I place notices of such events on the front page of my Etsy store. I will notify you when your order ships.
Shipping costs include packing materials and postage. All items will be shipped to the address on your Etsy order unless otherwise requested in the ‘Message to Seller’.
All items are shipped via USPS First Class (Domestic and International) unless otherwise requested by you. Feel free to contact me if you require specific services with your shipment, if you need expedited shipping, or have specific courier requests. Your requests will be handled more expediently if you contact me by e-mail either prior to sale or leave a message in Message to Seller during checkout. Adjusted shipping charges may apply for special requests.
• What is your return policy?
I want you to fully enjoy your purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me by e-mail for a resolution first. Items returned to me within 30 days in resellable condition will be fully refunded. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
I regret that cannot offer returns on custom work.
• I have an allergy. Do you keep pets in your home?
I keep a canine-friendly home. The dogs are not allowed in my card making studio, but they can access areas in my home where I package for shipping, make paper, occasionally photograph my items, and areas where my husband assists with some cutting and die cuts.
My husband and I have allergies, too. Should you have concerns, I am happy to recreate an item and pack it for shipping in the confines of my studio.
• Do you accept custom work inquries?
I happily accept requests and inquiries for custom work. The terms for custom work will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
• What about privacy?
On behalf of Simply Inviting Cards and Keepsakes, I do not rent, share, sell, or make your information available in any way to anyone for any reason. It is that simple!
